With the excitement of the Moving Up Ceremony quickly approaching, our days have been filled with rehearsals and preparations. Classroom work offers the children a peaceful opportunity to slow down, concentrate, and reconnect with their daily routines. It has been wonderful to observe how purposeful work helps the children find focus and calm while enjoying the anticipation of this special milestone.
Although chair washing may look like a simple chore, it is actually an important learning experience. Children practice following directions, completing a task from beginning to end, caring for their surroundings, and developing the concentration and independence that support future academic learning.
